Research reaches a decision or it does not. These are the places where it has.
Policy tools in public use
eMANDEVAL takes preference estimates for vaccine mandate design and makes them comparable across designs, so that a policymaker weighing options can see which combinations retain public support. STEPS does the same for field-epidemiology training scale-up, on a cost model and choice experiment developed for a World Bank business case. The farming benefit-cost tool applies the approach to soil and farming interventions.
A literature made usable
The COVID-19 vaccine mandate evidence was spread across epidemiology, economics, political science and public health, in formats that did not compare. The open repository collects it, with a worked scoping review of the quasi-experimental studies, and is maintained so others can extend it rather than rebuild it.
